After-school Center

 

The Bridges for Children Center is an after-school program for Yeshiva elementary school students who are referred by their school.  Rena Morris is the Girls' Program coordinator; Rabbi David Plotkin is the Boys'

Program coordinator. They are assisted by a group of mentors who are Yeshiva High School and college students trained by the Board of Jewish Education.  Several master teachers serve as consultants. The program includes homework assistance, enrichment programs led by visiting experts, relaxation techniques, karate,  skills training in communication, organization, conflict resolution and creative problem solving.  For further information call 718 575-2170.

Support Groups

M.A.S.K.- Mothers And Fathers Aligned Saving Kids is an organization that offers a range of services to the parents of adolescents and teens.
